ITA with you. With Jack and Sam I think we always knew their relationship was more than just sex. Their lingering glances, personal conversations and just general comfortableness (is that a word ?) with each other has proved that. We didn't need a sex scene to tell us that they loved and respected each other and they have to regain that before they can move on.

I agree somewhat. If Sam loves him, she will persuade him to get help. From what we know right now, he is not seing Dr. Bryson because she told him to come back when he knew why he was seeing her. Sam could be the only one that can convince him. We may be seeing some of the 'old Jack' coming back, but he is still in deep trouble and in denial.

It wasn't only sexy, it was very erotic. (Exec. producer) Nash said the ending would be "provocative" and she most likely was making reference to the kisses and the ice cream. It was an intimate act of love, and it shows his craving and hunger for her.

Shallow is probably not the word I would use, but it works. Disliking a character is acceptable. Insulting an actor who you do not know is unacceptable behaviour. Anthony LaPaglia is one of the most respected actors around. You don't read bad press about him. He is a good family man who loves his wife and daughter and shows it. He is active in many charitable activities and works hard at his craft.

If he has clout on the show it is with good reason. He is an intelligent man and an intelloigent actor with good instincts. I doubt, however, that he would ever put his character before the quality of the show.

From what I have read and have heard, ALL the actors have a say in their character's words and actions. They are all free to make recommendations and are all listened to by the producers and writers.

If you aren't happy with what you see, it is called the "power off button".

This is a discussion about Jack and Sam, not a love affair with them. Opposing opinions are allowed.

Maybe we should quit fighting each other and get working on saving the show. Please, everyone, go to the General Comments and sign the petitions.

First of all, I am not hiding behind any names. This crazy board keeps changing my identity and I can't figure out why or how! On the other subject (and then this thread can go back to JS), I also want this show to stay on at least for that 8th Season we have been waiting for. My dislike, and the dislike of many others, has to do with the quality of the writng and with the uninteresting MP stories; nothing to do with any of the ships. If you read boards that at WAT boards and not ship boards this is what you will find. The MP stories were the basic of the show and that is where the show has fallen down badly. Those who think the "sour grapes" comes from the MS fans really don't understand that they no longer care.

I don't really care about these personal attacks becasue I know where they are coming from. i am an ALP fan, but that does not mean I have to love all his characters or stories. Great observation estaduare ! I just watched the scene for the second time and Sam didn't even let Jack finish what he was saying. Ugh!

The last scene, Sam tells Jack: i'm not sure if i'm ok!!! So for now, i'm sure the actors and scriptwriters believed in a season 8 and I think that Jack and Sam would have together finished. They loved each other and they are two Soul Mates, so it's my conclusion. I am going to invent a season 8 which finished with a great marriage between Jack and Sam.

After watching the season finale of Without a Trace I am THOROUGHLY disgusted and turned off! I watch the show because of the chemistry between Jack and Sam and they completely botched the whole story! Ihate the stroy of Brian her baby's daddy and think they shoulda just killed him off or made him a criminal. Sam and Jack belong together...They never even gave the story a chance. I'm done with the show!

ITA with you. But I'm afraid we are all going to be done with the show. For some reason CBS is dropping all the good programs. I guess Criminal Minds will be in danger next. I don't watch as much tV as I used to. But maybe that is b/c they are starting to take away the only good things to watch.I don't need any game shows or more reality TV.
