I am finding the same thing this year as most of you are. It just doesn't have the glow it did the first few seasons. Alan has been made too old. He was Duckie in Pretty In Pink and until this season had not lost that boyish charm which is so lovely on him. Charlie has become just too dirty. He looks haggard and isn't the adorable cad like before. Unfortunately children grow and Jake is but he hasn't had a real front row seat this season. Ryan Stiles used to be a lot funnier on Drew Carrey and Who's Line Is It Anyway. Even Holland Taylor is not as ascerbic this year. I hope the writers do an about face and get their acts together or two and a half may equal zero next tv season. Be really sad to see it go, too. I think they have many more storylines in them if they work it right. And I love Concheta Ferrel and seeing her weekly is a lot of fun. I love her lines.

Yes, Berta is too funny. She has said that she has 3 daughters, so that means we need to see one more. I think they are actually reading these messages and paying attention as it has mentioned to get Emilo Estevez on the show and is will now be on an upcoming episode. They need to give Jake funnier things to do, when he was a kid he was funny and into poker like Charlie, lets make him like that again, he doesn't need to be the "typical" teenager. The kid has talent, let him use it.

I totally agree about Jake. He can be so funny and his one liners are classic. I was wondering, too if he, Charlie Sheen and Jon Cryer actually sing the theme to the show. I am actually hoping that Rose and Charlie get together. I'd like to see someone come on to be a foil for and ultimately the main love interest of Holland Taylor on the show. I'd like to see Berta have a date or few and I'd like to see more of Alan's office life maybe incorporating some funny patients into it. It's out in California. They could have some well known guest stars going for chiropractic treatments. And for goodness sake, let Ryan let his hair down and whoop it up like he did on drew Carrey. I would like to see some of his cohorts like Wayne Brady, Drew and Colin make some cameos.

I've been watching Two and a Half Men since day one. I've always enjoyed the show! I'm very disappointed this season. I'm not sure whats going on with the writers. Are there new ones? Charlie has always had a drinking problem and definitly a sex addict. This season he's just a lush and a dirtly old man! I wish he could clean his act up a little. (or more). His hair is gross! He makes a lot of money so spend some of it on a stylist! His clothes - Who dresses like that and still gets women? Alan - oh my! He's in his forty's and still doesn't know how to interact with the world. He's a dork! I really was disappointed in the episode when he got a lap dance. My husband and I used to watch this show with our kids, which are older. But not anymore! We were all "red" during that episode! Then last Monday when his ex went down on him at the dinner table! There's really nothing left to the imagination anymore. And Jake, what a cute kid! I know he's growing up but Charlie needs to tone down his conversations or remarks to Jake. He's a kid! Jake's his nephew!!! If I were Jake's mom in real life, I'm not sure if I would let him stay on the show. I would love to see more of Jake. Maybe get him a girlfriend. Charlie doesn't need to give him advice on girls either. I don't care too much for Judith. She's creepy! If I were Alan I would take her back to court. I miss the mom and I wish Berta was on there more! She cracks me up with her "few words" of humor. Really and truly I love the show but it has to much "SEX" and "ALCOHOL" in it and considering lil' Jake, you really should clean it up!!! I'm not sure if the writer's read the reviews that we write on here but I think the census is CLEAN IT UP!"

Ok, my first comment would be, doesn't EVERYBODY age? Jon Cryer did Pretty in Pink yearssssssss ago. Of course he's lost his boyish charm, he's NOT a boy anymore. I have and continue to be a fan of this show. Every show has a bad episode or two. This show since the begining has crossed a line or two, or ten. That's what makes some people watch it. Fan's always talk about networks being loyal to fans, I think the fan's need to show their loyalty at times too. This show is WORTH all the loyalty the fans can give it. Life these days is hard enough, it's nice to turn on your television and escape reality for awhile and laugh at these, 2 and a half men.

I have been a fan of two and a half men since day one and I am disappointed with the current season. What I felt was that, currently the new season is not going anywhere or should I say it is not going to some place where it has not been before. It seems like there is no surprise so far in this season, everything we have seen and they have done before. Alan got thrown out (again); Charlie is ruining his and Alan’s life (again). Things just did not change at all!! I was hoping for something new in this season, I was hoping that maybe Charlie and Alan suddenly swap their life style with each other, a day in Alan’s office, Jake’s day in school, Alan got a stalker of his own or even the house became Alan’s instead of Charlie and we see Charlie sponge off Alan instead. So much can be done to this series and yet the writers choose to travel the safe route.

It appears the writers here like on Ghost Whisperer must either be out to lunch/out for a drink/drug or quickie..I think they have gotten lazy. The acting is great. Let us see more of the repartee between Charlie, Berta,Jake and rose where is rose...? Time for cleaning up the show. vulgarity may sell at sleezeyeey dives, and porno shops. No lap dances, no vulgarity. It is a shame that the writers think the characters are devoid of any human growth. Are they trying to get fired..hmmm live in Mexico? hmmm Maybe it is time for the brothers to find real love, have one lose it, have Rose pop in to wake them all up. Candi is a good character for a quick laugh, have her beg to be part of the family so she can enter a beauty contest for moms...

I'm all caught watching all the seasons and episodes I missed. They're very entertaining. Not something you want your child to watch, but it's a great adult show.

THIS SHOW IS THE BEST SHOW EVER, EVERY SINGLE EPISODE I HAVE SEEN HAS NOT DISSAPOINTED ME, I ALWAYS LEAVE VERY HAPPY AFTER WATCHING THE EPISODES.I DO THINK ROSE AND JAKE SHOULD GET A LITTLE MORE AIR TIME, THERE SEEMS TO BE VERY LITTLE INTERACTION BETWEEN ALAN AND JAKE NOW. I THINK A FEW TWEAKS HERE AND THERE WILL MAKE THE SHOW MORE BETTER, HAVING SAID THAT, I STILL LOVE THE SHOW AND HOPE IT NEVER GOES OFF AIR. HOPE IT GOES TO A MINIMUM OF 10 SEASONS.THANKS CBS FOR BRINGING US THIS GREAT COMEDY..

Well i love Two and Half Men and watch every new episode and the reruns, but they gotta make some changes...Jake does indeed need a girlfriend and not just someone who make one guest apperance like the girl they had him with not to long ago,but someone who can be a recurring character...They also do need to fix Alans apperance because he went from looking like a guy in his early 40's to a guy in his 50's in one season and fix Charlies haircut to where he has his hair brushed back like the previous seasons and not all down in his face.
